Step #1
MAP PROCESS

Before we begin your implementation, we’ll hop on a 60-90 min Roadmapping Session to map out each of your processes, how they are going to work in Dubsado, and what templates (proposals, emails, schedulers, forms, etc.) we’ll need from you to get the system set up to meet the needs of your business.

Step #2
SETUP DUBSADO

Once we’ve received all of the necessary information from you, we will build out your Dubsado system to meet the specifications established during the Roadmapping Session. This includes configuring the system, setting up templates, and building and testing workflows/automation, etc.

Step #3
PROVIDE TRAINING

Finally, we’ll provide a series of training videos along with follow-up support so you can feel confident using Dubsado going forward. These videos will focus on using the system to support your specific business processes and using the features and templates we’ve configured during your implementation.

 
 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • To kick off your project, we’ll send you a questionnaire so we can learn more about you, your team, and your business, and what you're looking to accomplish in Dubsado

  • Then, we’ll have a 60-90 minute Roadmapping (planning/strategy) session to map out your business processes and exactly what we will be setting up in your Dubsado system

  • Next, we’ll send you an outline of the processes we discussed plus an implementation checklist to help you prepare everything we’ll need to get your system up and running

  • After we’ve received the information needed, we’ll get your account set up to the specifications we established during the Roadmapping session

  • Once the setup is complete, we’ll send you a series of training videos that will show you how to test and use your newly set up Dubsado system

  • We’ll give you a few days to review the training videos and test the system, then we’ll hop on an implementation Q&A call to discuss any questions you have about the training materials or moving forward using Dubsado

  • After the Q&A call, we’ll provide an additional two weeks of email support to answer any other questions that may come up as you start to use the system on a daily basis

We recognize each business has a unique set of problems they are trying to solve with Dubsado, so we provide a custom quote for each client.

+ What is Dubsado?

Dubsado is an all-in-one business management tool for service-based businesses like photographers, designers, developers, coaches, copywriters, strategists, consultants, etc.

It allows you to create proposals, send contracts, collect invoice payments, and automate many of the tedious administrative tasks you to keep your business running.

+ How long does the Dubsado setup take?

Our Dubsado setup/implementation process usually takes 2 weeks. Most of our clients book their planning/strategy call within a week of signing up to work with us.

Then, the setup and testing is usually completed within 1-2 weeks of receiving the info outlined on our planning/strategy call.

+ I'm switching from another CRM or all-in-one tool, can you help me?

Absolutely! We know switching from one platform to another can get a little overwhelming, so we'd love to make the process easier for you.

We'll review your current CRM to make sure Dubsado can accommodate your current processes or make recommendations on how to optimize your processes/workflows for Dubsado.

Additionally, we can help you move your data from one system to another, but we recommend that you check out Dubsado's White Glove Migration service first. Right now, there is not much information that can be imported from our side of the platform, but they have tools on their end that can speed up the process.
