Before your implementation day, we’ll schedule a 30-min call to map out the information we'll need and exactly what needs to be accomplished, so the 1/2 or full day session will be completely dedicated to getting the software setup for you.

IMPLEMENT

Based on what is mapped out in our call, we’ll spend and entire 1/2 or full day setting up your Dubsado system for you.

DELIVER

Finally, we’ll record a video walkthrough of your Dubsado with instructions and best practices for how you can get the most out of your newly setup system.

+ What is Dubsado?

Dubsado is an all-in-one business management tool for service-based businesses like photographers, designers, developers, coaches, copywriters, strategists, consultants, etc.

It allows you to create proposals, send contracts, collect invoice payments, and automate many of the tedious administrative tasks you to keep your business running.

+ How long does the Dubsado setup take?

Our Dubsado setup/implementation process usually takes 2 weeks. Most of our clients book their planning/strategy call within a week of signing up to work with us.

Then, the setup and testing is usually completed within 1 week of receiving the info outlined on our planning/strategy call.

+ Should I book the 1/2 or full day implementation session?

Great question! Once you hop on a consult call with Simple Ops, we'll talk through what you need us to set up in the system. Based on these needs, we'll make a recommendation for which session we think will be best for your project.

To give you a general idea, during a 1/2 day session, we typically focus on setting up 3 to 4 workflows/automations OR focus on building out your template library (lead capture forms, proposals, contracts, packages, etc). During a full-day session, we can build both templates and workflows.

Each project is unique, so we like to get the details of your project before making a recommendation.

Absolutely! We know switching from one platform to another can get a little overwhelming, so we'd love to make the process easier for you.

We'll review your current CRM to make sure Dubsado can accommodate your current processes or make recommendations on how to optimize your processes/workflows for Dubsado.

Additionally, we can help you move your data from one system to another, but we recommend that you check out Dubsado's White Glove Migration service first. Right now, there is not much information that can be imported from our side of the platform, but they have tools on their end that can speed up the process.
